18.15 debate starts
The aim of the debate is to be an entertaining and intellectually stimulating session for delegates. It is an opportunity to mix science (evidence) with philosophy. It is an opportunity to reflect on the location of ISER in Churchill College, which commemorates Churchill himself, a great orator. There will be a British Parliamentary style debate with speakers for and against a proposition.
